PLM Products & Brands by DTS
Ranging from PLM softwares to hardwares, we partner with quality brands and principle providers to complete the PLM cycles. Our experienced consultant and engineers enjoy interviewing our customers to recommend the right PLM product for the requirements to solve challenges.
DTS is appointed sole distributor of ZWSoft's ZW3D product range.
CAD / CAM
CAD/CAM (Computer-Aided Design / Computer-Aided Manufacturing) applications are used to both design a product and program manufacturing processes, specifically, CNC machining. CAM software uses the models and assemblies created in CAD software to generate toolpaths that drive machine tools to turn designs into physical parts.
CAE
CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering) is a term used to describe the procedure of the entire product engineering process, from design and virtual testing with sophisticated analytical algorithms to the planning of manufacturing. Computer-aided engineering is standard in almost any industry that uses some sort of design software to develop products.
PLM
PLM (Product lifecycle management) is the process of managing the entire lifecycle of a product from inception, through engineering design and manufacture, to service and disposal of manufactured products. PLM integrates people, data, processes and business systems and provides a product information backbone for companies and their extended enterprise.
Digital Factory
A digital factory uses digital technology for modeling, communications and to operate the manufacturing process. This arrangement of technology allows managers to configure, model, simulate, assess and evaluate items, procedures and system before the factory is constructed. The digital factory gives answers for configuration, design, screen and control of a production system.
3D Printer
3D printers are primarily used to build and enable rapid prototyping of three-dimensional objects and structures using direct source files from a 3-D designing application such as AutoCAD. 3D printers employ additive manufacturing, where the printer designs the object by applying sequential layers of raw material to actually print a three-dimensional object.
3D Scanner
3-D scanners are used for creating life-like images and animation in movies and video games. Other applications of 3-D scanning include reverse engineering, prototyping, architectural and industrial modeling, medical imaging and medical device modeling.
