MOU Between Dream Technology System and Sodick Singapore Techno Centre

This Memorandum of Understanding (the "MOU") is made and entered into as of June 1, 2023 by and between Dream Technology System and Sodick Singapore Techno Centre Pte Ltd.

The purpose of this MOU is to establish a framework for collaboration and cooperation between DTS and Sodick for the development and marketing of CAD/CAM/CAE software products and machine tools, respectively.
