Teamcenter Solution – Team Lead (Malaysia - PJ)

Responsibilities:

• A leadership role in supporting technical design activities related to application software, data, databases, packaged solutions, and infrastructure components around Teamcenter solutions and supporting sales to drive solution sales.
• Participates and takes the lead to support sales in the selection, acquisition, configuration, and troubleshooting of packaged solutions and technical infrastructure components.
• Coaching and mentoring other team members including technical enablement to other junior staff.
• Assists with gap analyses highlighting current state, future state, client needs, best
• Establishes credibility at all levels with clients and builds problem-solving partnerships

• with clients and colleagues

• Experience in leading, coaching or/and managing staff.
• Communicates and manages in formal presentation settings to internal and external project teams, and business unit events; develops written communications to address varied styles and information needs.

Skills required:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Qualification in mechanical engineering, business, computer science, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of TC experience in technical analysis, design, implementation, and support.
• Experience working with the company, client, and/or equivalent vendor-mandated methodology
• Prior working experience in programming (customization in TC environment), systems, servers, networks/LAN, or/and other TC-equivalent solutions will be an added advantage.
• Must demonstrate more than 5 years of experience in two or more of the following Teamcenter specific skills:
  • An expert at developing interfaces and workflows in Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions for managing engineering and manufacturing data.
  • Proficient in configuration management of parts, assemblies, and installation of engineering data
  • Proficient with using Teamcenter to create and manage engineering/manufacturing data and related workflow
  • Knowledgeable and proficient in creating and managing engineering change processes within Teamcenter
  • Experienced in using SQL databases to manage engineering/manufacturing data. Experienced with programming interfaces and collaborating data contained in Oracle-based database systems with data contained in Teamcenter databases for migration and management of data
  • Proficient in monitoring process logs, improvements needed and implementing changes to the Teamcenter application configuration to enhance and improve operations.
  • Proficient in developing block diagrams and logic flow charts, and developing data and security models
  • Proficient in preparing test, debugging, and validation plans for PLM implementation and upgrade
  • Experience with integration of Teamcenter with ERP System.
  • Experience with MCAD & ECAD integration.
  • Working knowledge in Teamcenter 2-tier/4-tier/Web/Active Workspace/multi-site architecture
  • Knowledge of C/C++, Teamcenter ITK, Teamcenter Style sheets & Transfer modes, Java, PLMXML
  • Experience with the configuration and/or customization of PLM systems based on solution design documents
