Sales Admin Executive (Malaysia - PJ)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily sales support, coordination & closed follow up action in both Malaysia & Singapore region
  • Preparation of sales documentation (Quotation, Delivery Order, Invoice, Letter to Customers etc) & Departmental Report
  • Support Technical department in preparation of Training Materials
  • To provide admin support on Marketing / Workshop activity / Company events (eg invoicing, logistics arrangement, preparing material/ equipment, post-delivery, etc
  • Maintain document structuring to ensure easy retrieval when required
  • Preparation of sales documentation (Quotation, Delivery Order, Invoice, Letter to Customers etc) & Departmental Report
  • Liaise with local and overseas suppliers/vendors and assist in day-to-day customer service activities
  • Other related assigned duties

 

Skills required:

  • With good telephone ethic
  • Can-Do attitude and good team player
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • With good command of English language both verbally and written

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U/Diploma in any field (or compensated according to related working experience)
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant administrative support or sales ops experience is required
  • Preferably Junior clerical/Sales - Corporate, Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
