Sales Admin Executive (Malaysia - PJ)
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily sales support, coordination & closed follow up action in both Malaysia & Singapore region
- Preparation of sales documentation (Quotation, Delivery Order, Invoice, Letter to Customers etc) & Departmental Report
- Support Technical department in preparation of Training Materials
- To provide admin support on Marketing / Workshop activity / Company events (eg invoicing, logistics arrangement, preparing material/ equipment, post-delivery, etc
- Maintain document structuring to ensure easy retrieval when required
- Preparation of sales documentation (Quotation, Delivery Order, Invoice, Letter to Customers etc) & Departmental Report
- Liaise with local and overseas suppliers/vendors and assist in day-to-day customer service activities
- Other related assigned duties
Skills required:
- With good telephone ethic
- Can-Do attitude and good team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- With good command of English language both verbally and written
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U/Diploma in any field (or compensated according to related working experience)
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant administrative support or sales ops experience is required
- Preferably Junior clerical/Sales - Corporate, Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
